Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return to us for a full refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Items must be in new and original condition, including tags and product packaging and accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt). The postage cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that in the case of a refund being granted, only the actual product cost will be refunded. Australian Workers Heritage Centre does not refund any shipping and postage costs incurred.

Australian Workers Heritage Centre reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange.

Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:-  In accordance with Health and Safety Standards we are unable to accept returns for refund or exchange on cosmetics, pierced jewellery products and hair accessories.
